I felt that everything haveing to do with making our website was very helpful. I use computers everyday and although I have has no need to build a website in the past I can see it being very helpful in the future.

I already had a class website, however I was able to add a few other items which I felt enhanced my website. My learning how to compile the information and add it to the website it was beneficial to my students as well as my parents.

I agree that it has never been anything that I've needed to learn or know but, I feel that this class can and will be very beneficial to all that participated in it.It grew on me when I started to learn a few new things.

I agree, developing the website was extremely beneficial. I actually built another website that is designed to outline a family river trip that I organized for the guys in the family for August this year, Building a website was a major ordeal several years ago, but with the new intuitive drag and drop features, it’s not really that difficult.

Building the classroom website was my favorite project throughout the semester. Classes that I took growing up that incorporated creating websites were always interesting to me. I always enjoyed them. So I really enjoyed this project. It made me remember some of the awesome things that one can incorporate into their own websites to help those around them. Websites can be made for so many different things, and this project really helped me remember that creating a website is a great tool, and something I will definitely probably consider as I move through jobs in my future.

The classroom website was cool as well. I don't know when I'll ever use it in coaching, but maybe I can help my players out if they ever need help creating a website.

I really enjoyed getting to be creative and build our own class websites too. I enjoyed how our instructor guided us with information or pages that should be on our website, but we were given the freedom to design, add, and select the information to include on our page. I was very pleased with how my website turned out and am actually going to use it and incorporate it into my class next fall. Thanks Prof. Myers!

I also think building a classroom site was the most beneficial and enjoyable of the projects. I had never made any sort of website before, so that kinda introduced me to the basics. It was also fun to pretend I actually had a class and was a real teacher. :)

I had never built a website before either. I loved using weebly because it was so easy to set up. I even showed a co-worker, who is in charge of a local historical civil war group, how to create their webpage. Sure made me feel special!

Students Rights had the most meaningful posts to me. I sincerely believe in making students accountable for what they do and that they should have a voice in policies.

I really felt like I learned a lot from all the blog post. There were a bunch of topics I knew nothing about and ended up learning some useful information. Also it got us all interacting with each other and you which I felt was great.

Yes, I agree there were some blog posts which were beneficial to my job. I felt not only looking up information on the topic but discussing the topic and seeing others views on it as well provided much more insight into the topic other than my own narrow view.

I agree, the blog posts had a lot to offer. I also learned a lot that I had no information on prior. The interaction really helped to bring forth new ideas and information that could have been missed had we all not been able to post.

I love using blogs in classrooms. It is a great way to interact with the instructor and students, and presents topics that I normally would never even think about discussing. I enjoyed all our posts as well.

I felt the most useful tool was the webquest assignment. I had never put together one before and I learned quite a bit from doing so. It was quite time consuming though, so I don't think I would want to put several together throughout the year because of that. However, once it's put together the teacher can use it over and over so it can be quite useful. I feel students would have a good time doing one and could learn alot from doing one as well.

I believe that the student blog posts was the most interesting thing for me in the class. Being able to see everyone's own opinions and views on different topics was beneficial for me. I believe the blog post allow you to be honest and open about how you feel. Encouraging us to really research and think about the topics given.

I also enjoyed the blogs because it helped me think outside of the box. Although I had my views and opinions on blog topics, I looked forward and enjoyed reading everyone else's responses because they would present new information or a viewpoint/perspective I hadn't thought of. Some of the topics were also very interesting like the students' rights and the variety of technology that is available to use for teaching in the classroom and online.

The most useful project for me in this class was learning about and completing the web quest. I had never heard of a web quest before this class and had to do some searching and gathering information to understand what they are and how to put one together. Building the web quest was very time consuming, but as I kept working on it, I found myself getting more excited about seeing how it was coming together and the finished product.

Yes, the webquest was overwhelming, but I'm glad I learned how to do it. I hadn't heard of it either, so I didn't really know what to expect, but I do think students would enjoy doing it.

My favorite was the blogging, specifically the There's an App for that blog. I like this blog because I had no idea that there were that many apps out there for students to use to their advantage. Since I work withing a freshman residence hall, I will now be able to suggest different apps to help students in need. It was nice to see that a lot of top quality apps can be found for free as well.

I have been wanting to make a classroom website for a while now, but I didn't even know where to start. I was a little intimidated, and I had no idea what I was doing. That was the most helpful assignment for me. Now that I know how to do it, I will probably start one for my own personal art. Technology is definitely not my thing, but we're all being pushed to use it more and more, so I might as well jump on the bandwagon.

I would have to say that the website was the most beneficial for me. It was the first time that I have had to opportunity to explore that side of the technology world. Truly, all of the blogs and assignments were helpful and very educational for me.. I will definitely continue to explore ways to implement technology into what I do daily.

This class introduced me to many forms of technology in education that I had never really thought about. I found the website task to be most interesting, but I also enjoyed discovering how Twitter works, even though I have not become a hardcor user thus far.
